Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable interactions.

- Inspire and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets.
n
- Complete sales transactions and aim to reach store sales goals.
n
- Maintain a high standard of store presentation and ensure accurate stock display and replenishment.
n
- Keep knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services.
n
- Contribute to a supportive and fun in‐store culture.
n
- Promote a strong safety mindset and create a culture of safety within the team.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Passion for animals and providing excellent customer service.
n
- Experience in a similar retail environment.
n
- Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
n




- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers and team members.
n
- Physically fit with the ability to lift products up to 20kg.
n
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
n
