Eden Academy Wallsend is opening soon — our brand new space for little learners and the passionate teachers who inspire them! We are a child-safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children. At Eden Academy, we're more than a childcare centre — we're a family. When our educators feel truly supported and valued, that sense of belonging flows naturally to the children, their families, and the wider community. Operating from 6:30am to 6:30pm, we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open-plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 90 children to explore, grow, and thrive.

- Passionate about early education, with experience delivering high-quality care and learning
n
- Thrives in inclusive, nurturing environments where every child feels seen and supported
n
- Committed to empowering children to grow as independent, curious, and resilient learners
n
- Brings a strong focus on school readiness, guiding little learners with care and intention
n
- Designs engaging programs and fosters meaningful, thought-provoking conversations
n
- Inspires a lifelong love of learning and helps lay the foundation for future success

What You'll Bring

n

n
- A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
n
- Teacher's Registration
n
- A current Working with Children Check
n




- Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
- A professional, polished presence and warm approach
n
- A natural curiosity and confidence when connecting with families and the local community
n
- Demonstrated ability to deliver inspiring Kindergarten programs with heart and intention
n
- Full availability to work 5 days per week, Monday to Friday
n
- Two skilled references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
n
