The role and team

n

This role sits within the commercial litigation and disputes practice, with a strong focus on restructuring, insolvency and asset recovery matters. The team advises on complex disputes, insolvency processes, investigations,



fraud related matters, asset tracing and cross-border recovery issues.

n

Clients include lenders, insolvency practitioners, directors, investors and corporate stakeholders across a range of sectors. You will work closely with senior lawyers on complex and commercially sensitive matters with cross-border elements.

To be successful, you will possess the following

n

n
- Minimum 3 years' post qualification experience in commercial litigation or disputes
n
- Experience or interest in restructuring, insolvency or asset recovery matters
n
- Robust drafting, analytical and communication skills
n
- Ability to work across complex and commercially sensitive matters
n
