What You'll Be Doing:
n

- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
n
- Build strong, ongoing relationships with clients and candidates
n
- Provide tailored recruitment solutions across a variety of industries
n
- Contribute to business development and grow key accounts (for 360 consultants)
n
- Engage in market mapping and talent pooling
n
- Bring innovation and process improvement ideas to the table
n
n

- Proven experience in recruitment (agency or internal)
