The Role
n
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support our People & Transformation function at Defence Health, on a 12-month contract basis. Acting as the conduit between the DHL Business & DHL Technology to deliver business needs through technology outcomes, you will facilitate & own the requirements gathering process in order to develop successful solutions for the business.
n
Responsibilities include:
n
n
- Conducting requirements lifecycle activities: analysis, validation, and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent and concise
n
- Eliciting requirements using various IIBA Techniques such as interviews, analysis and surveys
n
- Modelling business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements using BPMN 2.0
n
- Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
n
- Balancing technology and business issues as well as communicate appropriately with both technology and business stakeholders
n
n
About you
n
Tertiary qualified or related bachelor's degree
n
3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
n
Experience presenting to stakeholders including Executives
n
Strong team player who works collaboratively towards common goals
n
Energetic, driven and committed to project success while working under tight time constraints and pressure
n
Ability to think analytically, solve problems to complex business/system processes, and document results
n
Experience working with AI is advantageous, but not essential
