Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Site Manager to lead the delivery of modular construction projects across South West Sydney and surrounding regions. This role is responsible for managing projects end-to-end, from planning and factory coordination through to on-site installation, commissioning, and handover.

You will play a key role in coordinating factory-built modules, site works, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

Job Responsibilities

n

- Manage modular construction projects from project award through to completion and handover
n
- Oversee both off-site manufacturing and on-site construction activities, ensuring alignment between factory schedules and site programs
n
- Prepare and manage project programs, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
n
- Supervise site activities including site establishment, cranage, module installation, finishing works, and commissioning
n
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams
n
- Ensure all works comply with WHS legislation, company safety systems, SWMS, and Australian Standards
n
- Conduct regular site inspections, pre-starts, toolbox talks, and safety reviews
n
- Liaise with clients, consultants, certifiers, and local authorities
n
- Manage quality assurance, inspections, defects, and final handover documentation

- Identify and manage project risks, variations, and commercial issues
n
- Provide clear reporting on progress, costs, risks, and milestones to senior management
n

Requirements

n

n
- Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Site Manager within construction
n
- Experience in modular, prefabricated, commercial, or residential construction highly regarded
n
- Strong understanding of construction programming, cost control, and site coordination
n
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across factory and site environments
n
- Solid knowledge of WHS requirements and quality management systems
n
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
n
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
n
