Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Property Manager role located in Brisbane, QLD. The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of residential and commercial properties, including tenant relations, rental management, lease renewals, and property maintenance oversight. Key responsibilities include addressing tenant inquiries, coordinating repairs and inspections, managing lease agreements, monitoring rent payments, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.



Collaboration with team members and vendors will also be an essential part of the role to maintain high property standards and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in Property Management, Lease Administration, and Tenant Relationship Management
n
- Strong knowledge of property laws, compliance standards, and legal documentation
n
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient communication and negotiation skills for client and tenant interactions
n
- Experience with property management software and general proficiency in technology tools
n
- Team collaboration and problem-solving skills to coordinate with colleagues and contractors
n
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
n
- Relevant certifications or property management qualifications preferred but not required
