? Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, delivering recruitment solutions that meet their specific needs.
? Contract Recruitment Expertise: Manage the full recruitment cycle for contract roles — sourcing, interviewing, and placing top-tier candidates.
? Market Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and deliver valuable insights to clients and candidates.
? Business Development: Proactively seek new opportunities and grow NES Fircroft’s reputation in your sector.
? Candidate Management: Engage with high-quality candidates, build a robust talent pool, and ensure a seamless experience.
? Mentorship: Guide and support junior team members, helping them grow in their recruitment careers.

✅ Contract Recruitment Experience:
Proven background in contract recruitment (agency environment).
⛏️⚡ Industry Expertise: Experience in Mining or Power & Energy Generation.

? Self-Starter: Motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently.
