About the role

Sydney Cigar House is seeking a polished, Mandarin-speaking Luxury Cigar Sales Assistant to act as a lifestyle consultant for our discerning market. You will deliver exceptional, bespoke service to an elite clientele, with a specialized focus on assisting Mandarin-speaking patrons in our Sydney CBD boutique.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional, bespoke service to an elite clientele, with a specialized focus on assisting Mandarin-speaking patrons
- Maintain expert product knowledge to guide clients through curated selections of global brands like Davidoff and Arturo Fuente
- Process high-value transactions accurately while introducing clients to premium accessories and luxury lifestyle pairings
- Assist with high-end merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining an immaculate, boutique-style store presentation
- Contribute to a sophisticated, positive, and collaborative team environment that reflects a world-class brand

About you

- You must be firstly fluent in spoken English
- And also fluent in spoken Mandarin
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a polished, professional, and welcoming demeanor
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays to cater to our premium lifestyle market
