Our client is looking for a creative, highly organised and hands-on Marketing Coordinator to support marketing activity across a portfolio of premium Australian wine brands. This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketer looking to develop their career, with genuine exposure across social media, content creation, trade marketing, digital, wine submissions, PR and events.

The Role

- Create and manage engaging content across social media, digital and print
- Develop marketing collateral including trade booklets, brochures, banners and event assets
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all brand touch points
- Manage website content including product information, bottle shots, reviews, blogs and events
- Coordinate wine, media and competition submissions
- Support media releases, product launches and PR activity
- Coordinate tastings, roadshows, media events and brand activations
- Assist with product photography and videography shoots
- Work closely with Sales, Cellar Door, Wine Club and external partners
- Support broader marketing campaigns and initiatives across the portfolio

About You

- Experience in marketing,



communications or content, ideally within wine, FMCG or lifestyle
- A genuine passion for wine and understanding of Australian wine styles and regions
- Strong creative skills with superior attention to detail
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience creating social media content across Instagram and Facebook
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Experience managing websites and digital content
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proactive, hands-on and able to work independently
- A team player who enjoys a broad and busy role
