This is a broad, hands-on marketing role working directly alongside a female founder who has spent the last 10 years building a profitable women's ecommerce apparel brand from the ground up. You won't be one cog in a large marketing department; you'll be the engine room. If you like structure and clear lanes, this probably isn't for you. If you like ownership, variety, and the satisfaction of watching something you built go live, keep reading.
You'll be based in our Launceston office, working part-time, with direct access to the founder rather than layers of management between you and decisions.
What you'll own:
- Ecommerce: You'll take each collection live: listings written, images ready, releases scheduled, nothing falling through the cracks between "product's arrived" and "product's for sale."
- Content Creation: You'll plan and produce the content that carries a collection from tease to launch, across organic posts and paid ad assets alike.
- Social Media Management: You'll be the voice and the eyes on our social channels; filming, editing, posting, replying, and spotting what's trending before we're the last to know.
- Marketing: You'll keep messaging consistent everywhere a customer encounters it, and open doors to new audiences through brand collaborations and outreach.
This role is intentionally broad. The scope above is the shape of it,
the day-to-day detail gets sharper once you're in the seat.
Who we're looking for:
- You take initiative without being asked; you see the gap and execute
- You can work independently and to a brief, and you know which one a task calls for
- You're comfortable juggling a genuinely varied workload - copywriting one hour, editing video the next, diving into Shopify after that.
- You have an eye for what makes women's fashion content land; visually and in the words
- You're organised enough to manage a calendar with multiple moving parts, without needing someone else to keep it for you
- You want to learn how a profitable ecommerce brand actually runs, from someone who's built one
Prior experience in social media, content or ecommerce marketing is expected, however attitude and agency matter more than a perfect resume.
The details:
- Part time position
- Based in our Launceston office
- Reporting directly to the founder
- A genuinely broad role - the scope above will flex as the business does, and as you prove what you can take on
