ABOUT REVELOP
Revelop is a privately owned property group with a growing portfolio of neighbourhood and sub-regional shopping centres across Australia.
Our centres are more than places to shop. They are community hubs where locals connect, small businesses grow, and everyday experiences happen. We believe successful centres reflect the needs of their communities, which is why we focus on creating destinations that are relevant, welcoming and genuinely local.
As our portfolio continues to grow, we're building a marketing team that combines strategic thinking with robust on-the-ground execution. We look for people who are curious about customers, passionate about local communities, and excited by the opportunity to make a visible impact.
At Revelop, marketing is not removed from the customer. Our team works closely with retailers, centre teams and local communities to deliver campaigns, events and experiences that drive visitation, strengthen retailer performance and create centres people want to visit again.
This is an opportunity to join a growing business where your ideas are valued, your contribution is visible, and your work directly influences the success of the centres and communities we serve.
WHY JOIN REVELOP
You'll have genuine ownership of shopping centre marketing rather than being confined to one channel or specialty.
You'll work across events, digital, social media, retailer engagement, community partnerships, content creation and campaign delivery, while helping shape how marketing is executed across a growing national portfolio.
This is an chance for a hands-on marketer who enjoys being close to customers, retailers and communities, and wants exposure to both strategic campaigns and on-the-ground execution.
THE ROLE The engine of Revelop on the ground in the Hunter, and the operational glue for the wider marketing team. You are the Marketing Hub Executive, Hunter Region.
This role wears two hats. First, you own a specific group of centres (your hub) within the Hunter region where you will be based. You are the specialist who knows the customer, the demographic, the retailer mix, and the local rhythm at those 2 centres.
Second, you support the wider marketing team by packaging up campaigns and activations from head office and rolling them out consistently across the portfolio. You keep the operational side of the team ticking over so every centre benefits from the work happening centrally.
This is a hands-on doer role covering activations, retailer support, social, content, and coordination. The marketing leadership team plans the strategy. You bring it to life at centre level and across the portfolio, while feeding local insights,
retailer feedback and campaign learnings back to the team make it happen at the centre and across the portfolio.
