Are you a strategic marketing leader with a passion for premium wine and building brands? This is your chance to take the lead on marketing across a portfolio of respected Australian wine brands, working closely with an experienced and passionate leadership team.

As Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of strategic projects, marketing plans, brand standards and communications across the portfolio. Reporting directly to the GM, you’ll play a key role in shaping the marketing direction of these iconic brands, while leading a small marketing team and managing key external agencies and distributors across Australia. With plenty of scope to make an impact, this is a hands-on role where you can really shape the future of the portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead strategic marketing projects and priorities
- Shape and execute marketing plans across the portfolio
- Own brand strategy, standards and communications
- Lead and develop the marketing team
- Manage PR, digital and creative agency partners
- Drive website, digital and social marketing
- Partner with sales, winemaking and key stakeholders
- Support product development and new brand initiatives
- Drive brand growth, launches and key activations

What You’ll Bring





- 5+ years’ marketing experience, ideally within the drinks industry.
- Previous experience in a Marketing Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong strategic thinking and project management skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing plans
- Strong digital marketing capability and understanding of social media platforms
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Experience working with external agencies and distributors
- A collaborative, commercially minded approach and strong communication skills
- A genuine passion for wine and brand storytelling
