What is unique about you?

- You are an experienced marketer in either property space, hospitality, or luxury brands. Exposure to hotels, luxury stays, or premium developments is a plus
- You understand the smallest details can completely change how a brand is perceived
- You’re creative, but commercial too. You want the work to look brilliant, but you also care about whether it gets results
- You’re happiest in a smaller team where you have ideas, can run with them, take care of the execution and be responsible
- You’re quick on your feet and comfortable working with a CEO who thinks fast, moves fast,



and will keep you on your toes!
- You have a great eye for content and know what will work across digital, social, and more traditional marketing channels
- You’re confident enough to have an opinion, make recommendations, and push an idea forward when you believe in it
- You can juggle a lot without losing the detail, and you don’t need a huge team or layers of process around you to get things done
- You enjoy working somewhere with big personalities, high standards, and a fast pace

A snapshot of your role….

- Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across the group’s property and luxury accommodation brands
- Manage websites, social media, email and digital activity, keeping each brand fresh and consistent
- Drive awareness, enquiries, and bookings through targeted campaigns, partnerships, and promotions
- Coordinate photography, videography, and content, working closely with agencies and creative partners
- Manage PR, influencers, luxury travel partners, and media relationships to build brand presence
- Travel to property sites, and be involved in photo shoots and advertising campaigns
- Support property launches, leasing, events, and sales activity with everything from collateral and signage to campaigns and content
