With a focus on growth and proactiveness toward the team, we're looking for energy and enthusiasm, whilst being organised. Contributing will include:

- Assist with design and distribution of print & digital marketing collateral for real estate listings, real estate employees and the brand of Shellabears

- Assist with real estate campaigns, including brochures, signage, copy, video, imaging

- Social media creation and distribution, including video editing and development – with a focus on growing our social media following, increasing audience engagement, strengthening brand awareness and promoting the business, our agents and property listings

- Assist with template creation and brand guidelines

- Assist with CRM database attendances and EDM distribution





- Creation and organisation regarding merchandise and sponsorship events

- Preparation for client events and presentation material (powerpoint creation, social media marketing of the event, invite and RSVP confirmations, logistics, set up etc)

- Utilisation of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva

- Supportive administrative tasks and liaising with external providers

- Photography Coordination – assist with organising agent photoshoots and office branding photography
