Role Description The Marketplace Specialist / E-commerce Manager role at Lab of Tomorrow is a part-time remote position focused on managing and growing online marketplace and e-commerce channels.

Responsibilities include setting up and optimizing product listings, ensuring accurate pricing, inventory, and content across marketplaces, and monitoring performance metrics such as conversion rates, traffic, and customer reviews. The role involves coordinating promotions, managing campaigns, and working with internal stakeholders to align product availability and marketing activities. The specialist will handle daily marketplace operations, respond to marketplace-related inquiries, and identify opportunities to improve visibility, sales, and customer satisfaction.

This role also includes preparing regular reports, analyzing results, and recommending data-driven improvements to marketplace strategies.
