Position Overview

Mammoth Underground Mine is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Mechanical Tradesperson to join our underground operations team. This is a hands-on role maintaining critical mining equipment in a demanding underground coal environment, ensuring reliability, safety, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot underground mining equipment




- Complete planned maintenance and breakdown repairs
- Work safely and comply with all site procedures and regulations
- Assist with equipment installations and upgrades
- Collaborate with crews to support production targets

About You (Skills & Experience):

- Trade qualification as a Fitter
- Additional certifications, such as confined space entry, working at heights, or welding and fabrication.
