We are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist and Contact Centre Agent (Dual Role) to join our teams across our Narellan, Gregory Hills and Leppington and Campbelltown clinics.
The role is a full-time position working Monday to Friday with shifts between 7:45am-5:15pm.
Role Overview
As a Medical Receptionist and Contact Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
- Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
- Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
- Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.
- Contact centre shifts are rostered at our Campbelltown clinics.
What We’re Looking For ✅ Clear verbal and written communication skills. ✅ Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
✅ Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
✅ Ability to perform shifts at all clinics as needed.
