ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Medical Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming patient experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Previous reception or customer service experience (medical preferred)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, reliable, and patient-focused
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
You will ideally have
- Previous experience in medical reception or a similar customer service role
- Knowledge of Best Practice software (highly regarded)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy setting
- Professional presentation and a patient-focused attitude
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office systems
