As an SEO Specialist at Empire Amplify, you'll drive smart, effective SEO strategies that deliver real business growth for EmpireOne members. You'll be joining a tight performance team where speed, precision, and clarity matter.

This role is perfect for someone who knows how to cut through the noise, prioritise what moves the needle, and back it up with data. You'll partner with a global network of digital minds and contribute to projects that make a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Building and executing SEO strategies that increase organic visibility, rankings, and conversions.
n
- Conducting in-depth on-page, off-page,



and technical SEO optimisations.
n
- Collaborating with content, SEM, and account teams to ensure cohesive, high-performing campaigns.
n
- Monitoring performance and translating insights into clear, client-facing reports.
n
- Staying sharp — sharing knowledge and keeping up with algorithm shifts and industry trends.

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of experience working in SEO (agency or performance-driven setting preferred).
n
- Strong technical SEO capabilities and a strategic mindset.
n
- Confident communicator who can clearly explain SEO impact and prioritise high-value actions.

- Bonus: coding knowledge (HTML/CSS/JS), but not essential.
n
- Obsessed with outcomes — you don't optimise for rankings; you optimise for results.
