Health Above Medical Clinic offers a part time receptionist position

in Nunawading (This position is available from 3 Aug 2026)

1. Our clinic

- Friendly workplace.

- Busy mix-billing Medical Clinic in the fast-growing area

- Situated in the heart of Nunawading:
n
- Next to McDonald's, KFC and Nunawading Home Maker HQ.
n
- Purpose- built, GP owned.Plenty of carparking
n
- Opening hours: Mon to Fri -8:00am to 6:00 pm Sat -9am to 2 pm.
n

2. Position

n

n
- Permanent part time position.( Available Monday 1pm to 6pm ,Wednesday 8am to 6pm ,potentially with shift covering and future increasing hours),
n
- The normal duties in GP clinic
n
- GP clinic receptionist experience is preferrable. Otherwise, proper training could be provided.
n

n

3. Requirements:

n

(1) Language

n

Both oral and written English of the applicant must be excellent.





n

(It is great if she/he could speak Mandarin or Cantonese)

n

(2) IT skill

n

The person must have great computer skill and be familiar with computer skill("Best Practice"

n

is the software we use)

n

(3) Flexibility

n

High commitment is the important thing.

n

The person must be flexible in covering any shifts(supporting weekend roster, sick leave and annual leave).

n

(4) Good character

n

We prefer to have the honest, compassionate and diligent and local worker working for us.

n

Exceptional people skill is essential.

n
