Lawyer or Senior Associate - Digital and IP at Montgomery Advisory. Leading Australian law firm seeking a Digital/IP Lawyer or Senior Associate to join the national team in Brisbane.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Work on quality matters and transactions in the Digital & IP space.
n
- Collaborate with a national team on client matters across industries including IP, technology, telecommunications, energy & resources, real estate and government.
n
- Engage with diverse clients ranging from startups to ASX-listed companies and government entities.
n
- Involve in front-end commercial matters such as outsourcing and managed services agreements, major IT procurements, as-a-service arrangements,



technology commercialisation and digitisation initiatives.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Experience in a front-end commercial TMT practice, ideally within a mid to large commercial firm.
n
- Excellent drafting and technical skills.
n
- Ability to build and maintain solid client relationships.
n
- Keen interest in technology matters.
n
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a close-knit team.
n
