Accounts Receivable & Billing Manager

Take ownership of a critical finance function and make a measurable impact on cashflow, billing performance and operational efficiency.

Reporting to the CFO, the Accounts Receivable & Billing Manager will lead Quayclean's end-to-end billing and accounts receivable function, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, effective cash collection and strong financial controls.

This is a hands‑on leadership role with responsibility for improving billing and AR processes, managing contract administration, supporting customer relationships and resolving billing issues and disputes. You will also oversee work order closure to minimise billing delays and ensure contract milestones, renewals and pricing changes are effectively managed.

Working closely with the CFO, CEO and broader operational teams, you will provide meaningful reporting and insights across cashflow, debtor performance, billing accuracy and work order closure, while identifying opportunities to streamline and automate processes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading end-to-end Accounts Receivable and billing activities




- Driving timely cash collection and reducing overdue debt
- Leading and supporting the Billing and Contract Management functions
- Managing contract administration, renewals and pricing changes
- Improving and automating billing and AR processes
- Maintaining accurate customer, pricing and contract data
- Managing billing queries and customer disputes
- Monitoring open work orders to minimise billing delays
- Reporting on cashflow, debtor performance and billing outcomes
- Partnering with stakeholders across Finance and Operations to continuously improve performance

We are looking for an experienced finance qualified who combines strong technical capability with commercial thinking, attention to detail and the ability to build effective relationships across the business.
