RetireAustralia is seeking a Business Partner – People, Culture & Wellness for a 6-month full time fixed-term contract. Hybrid role with up to 3 days working from home and 2 days at the 200 Mary Street office, reporting to the Senior Manager.
You will partner with leaders and employees, provide HR advisory, investigations, performance management, and change management guidance while ensuring compliance and supporting wellbeing programs across the organisation.
