We're looking for a driven and highly organised Lending Administration Assistant to join our growing team in Collingwood.

This is not your typical administration role.

You'll be at the centre of our client journey, managing enquiries, supporting business owners through the lending process, maintaining active deal pipelines, and helping ensure opportunities move efficiently from enquiry through to settlement.

We're looking for someone who is hungry to learn, enjoys speaking with people, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in a fast‐paced environment.

Previous lending experience is not required. We have a proven process and will provide comprehensive training. What matters most is your attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.

What you'll be doing

- Managing inbound enquiries and client communications
n
- Following up leads and maintaining an active pipeline
n
- Guiding clients through our application process
n
- Collecting and reviewing supporting documentation
n
- Reviewing bank statements and financial information
n
- Supporting the preparation and submission of lending applications
n
- Following our proven process to deliver a seamless client experience
n

- Experience in administration, customer service, banking, finance, lending, or sales

- Experience reading bank statements or financial documents is a big plus
