The Prospect

n

As a Genesis Sales Consultant you will facilitate the Genesis purchasing experience by providing a high level of service to our customers in our Gold Coast Showcase. Whether it be in store, Genesis to You or at a sponsored event, you are the critical touch point between our customers and the Genesis brand.

n

You will focus on maintaining a high-end retail environment through attention to detail, effective closing of sales and cross collaboration within your region. You will play a key role in driving business growth by being commercially minded, results-driven, and acting as a role model for Genesis Motors Australia.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall business success.
n
- Convert enquiries (instore, web and phone) into leads and opportunities by understanding their needs and interests and match them to the most appropriate car.
n
- Initiate and maintain relationships with potential clients with regular follow ups, and build rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale
n
- Uphold Genesis brand standards in all aspects of Showcase operations.
n




- Ensure Genesis Retail products and displays are maintained to high standards.
n
- Represent Genesis Motors Australia as a sales and brand ambassador embodying luxury and excellence in all aspects
n
- Build and manage strong and credible relationships across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, this includes working closely with other team members on operational and business needs
n

About You

n

You have the below skills and experience and are looking to develop your career in automotive with an innovative brand.

n

n
- 1-2 years of experience in automotive or luxury sales.
n
- Full valid Australian Driver's licence.
n
- You are driven by targets and are always looking for new opportunities to make your next sale.
n
- You have experience working with set sales processes and procedures.
n
- Ability to provide a luxury customer experience through all customer touch points whether it's in-person, on the phone or by email.
n
