About the Role
n
As a Psychotherapist/Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will provide education and support to NDIS participants and families, including evidence‐based assessments and interventions. You will work autonomously, as well as within a multidisciplinary team, to ensure participants achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate education and support services to NDIS participants
n
- Collaborate with other health professionals and NDIS-related entities
n
- Provide high‐quality, timely reports that meet participant and stakeholder needs
n
- Maintain accurate records, billing, and invoicing
n
- Regularly update stakeholders on participant progress
n
- Build and maintain solid partnerships with stakeholders
n
- Traineeship opportunities available

About You
n
You are compassionate, conscientious, and possess strong communication and time management skills. You are ready to work both independently and as part of a team to deliver outstanding support.

Essential Criteria
n
n
- Psychotherapist registration (or eligibility to register)
n
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities
n
- Passion for supporting diverse clients and their families
n
- Completion of NDIS mandatory orientation module
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- Satisfactory criminal record and working with children check
n
- Valid Australian driver's licence and access to your own vehicle
n
n
Desirable Criteria

- Experience in clinical settings working with individuals with disabilities
n
- Familiarity with the NDIS framework and processes
n
