We're Looking for a Superstar Centre Director!

If you're an experienced Centre Director looking to making a positive impact on children, the local community, families, and a act as a supportive mentor to passionate Educators... then this is role for you!

You will be joining a beautiful purpose-built, well resourced and bright service with lots of green spaces vibrant outdoor space for children to truly embrace outdoor play and learning in the eastern suburbs of Sydney.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Keeping things running smoothly, because behind every great Centre is an even greater Director!
n




- Leading and inspiring a team of passionate educators
n
- Creating a warm, safe, and fun environment for children to thrive
n
- Building strong relationships with families and within the local community
n
- Be in the drivers seat for service enrolments
n
- Ensuring the service remains compliant and up-to-date on regulatory standards
n

n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Proven experience as a Centre Director (at least 2 years)
n
- Solid knowledge of childcare regulations, EYLF and NQF
n
- A passionate, supportive leader and mentor
n
- Excellent communicator and great at building relationships
n
- Deep understanding of child safety and reporting
n
- Bachelors or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA equivalent)
n
- Working with Children Check
n
