Working closely with senior leaders in Sales, Operations, and Marketing, you will influence key outcomes through P&L; management, budgeting, sales performance analysis, and EBITDA reporting.

This is a high‐impact role focused on scenario planning, investment decisions, and driving growth in a rapidly expanding business.

Key Responsibilities
n

- Lead financial inputs for annual budgets and strategic planning across ANZ.
n
- Deliver accurate forecasts and ensure timely submissions.
n
- Manage P&L; and support month‐end processes, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
n
- Prepare and deliver management reporting packs, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
n
- Build and automate dashboards and reporting tools using Excel and Tableau, making insights visible and actionable for business leaders.
n
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to provide analysis,
financial leadership, and business case support for growth initiatives.
n
- Analyse large volumes of customer data to generate insights and drive performance.
n
- Prepare and maintain sales incentive calculations in line with approved plans.
n

About You

- Advanced skills in Excel, with confidence handling large datasets.

- Strong preference will be given to candidates who have worked on SAP.
