About This Opportunity

Our Samford store in North Brisbane is currently looking for a motivated and hard‐working applicant to join and assist in leading the store's meat department.
n
Reporting directly to the Meat Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for assisting the management of a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes and much more!

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

- Possess an Australian trade qualification in Butchery (essential)
n
- Ability to lead and manage a team
n
- Ability to order and control costs
n
- An understanding of gross profit calculations

- Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands‐on" approach
