DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail‐oriented Assistant Accountant Intern to join our client's dynamic team for a 3‐month internship. This role offers a valuable opportunity for recent graduates or current students pursuing a degree in Accounting to gain hands‐on experience in the hospitality industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
n
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
n
- Support month‐end and year‐end closing processes
n
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable
n
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
n
- Contribute to ad‐hoc tasks and projects as needed
n
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
n

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or a related field
n
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
n
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
n
- Excellent organisational and time‐management skills
n
- High attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n

DURATION:

This is a 3‐month internship with the possibility of extension based on performance and company needs.
