The Role

Store Managers are responsible for leading and training team members, striving for increased sales while maintaining wage control through stock rotation. They deliver a high level of customer service and ensure Spendless Shoes continues to be the friendliest shoe people in the world.

- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or sales
