We Are Looking For:

n

n
- Knowledgeable Educators: Proven experience working within early childhood settings, bringing strong classroom engagement, supervision skills, and a reliable work ethic.
n
- Qualified Professionals: A completed Certificate III, Diploma, or Early Childhood Teaching (ECT) qualification in Early Years, OR completion of at least 50% of your ECT qualification.
n
- Engaging Program Delivery: Motivation to implement high-quality,



engaging, and activity-based learning programs that inspire young minds and hear young voices.
n
- Curriculum Knowledge: A solid dedication to understanding and implementing the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
n
- Adaptability: Flexibility and willingness to travel to various early learning services around the Shepparton, Numurkah and surrounding areas.
n
- Engaging Personality: A warm, vibrant, and approachable nature that allows you to easily connect, collaborate, and build strong relationships with fellow educators, centre staff, and families.

Compliance & Regulatory Requirements:

- Child Safety: A steadfast commitment to child safety, safeguarding, and maintaining child-safe environments.
n
- Working with Children Check: Holds, or is willing to immediately obtain, a valid Victorian Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC).
n
- Work Rights: Valid Australian work rights with the ability to provide verification documents upon request.
n
- Health & Safety: Compliance with national education and care regulations, including any relevant health declarations or certifications required to work in early childhood settings.
n
