- Expertise in one or more of the core engineering services, preferably in Asset Management/ Maintenance functions. Valuable to know skills – GIS, Plant Automation services/Control Systems and Plant Design Engineering.

- Proven capabilities in Growth and Transformation of customer organization by defining customer problems and positioning relevant solutions.

- From Relationship perspective, skills in developing new connects, identifying opportunities and providing solution development support would be needed to be successful.

- Experience in customer facing role in a multi-stakeholder environment within customer org and also familiarity with onsite/offshore model.

- Good interpersonal skills and strong communication and presentation skills
