Your Role

As Centre Director, you'll be the heartbeat of the service—leading with clarity, compassion, and purpose.

To succeed, you'll need:

n

A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

n

Proven leadership experience in a childcare or early learning setting

n

Solid knowledge of the NQS and EYLF frameworks

n

A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification

n
