Stock Controllers (Day shift)

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and hands‑on Stock Controller to join Cadell’s team at our Head Office in Epping. Full Time and Casual positions available, starting at 6:30 AM, Monday to Friday. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of store operations and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Adhere to Workplace Health & Safety regulations and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Replenish stock to pick faces and designated warehouse locations accurately and efficiently using RF scanning equipment.
- Receive incoming stock, conduct inspections, and process deliveries using the correct documentation and systems.
- Use RF scanners to track and manage inventory movement throughout the warehouse.
- Operate forklifts, with a focus on high-reach trucks, to transport and store goods. A valid forklift license is required.
- Work across cold room and freezer areas with appropriate PPE provided.

The successful candidates will have:

- Valid forklift license
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy




- Reliability with a “can do” attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for the customer
- Great communication, time and organisational skills
