Rural Doctors Pty Ltd are seeking a casual Medical Receptionist for Nhill/Kaniva Medical Centres 7.6 - 14.2 hours per week (1 to 2 days plus sick leave/annual leave.) Rural Doctors offer a full range of general practice services in Nhill, Kaniva & Edenhope, and are committed to providing high quality healthcare to our rural communities.

We are looking for an energetic team member to work in a friendly environment providing an exceptional standard of care for the patients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and high attention to detail with a robust focus on customer service, be punctual, flexible, and possess the ability to work autonomously.

Prior experience is not required as training will be provided,



however reception or admin experience will be an advantage. Ability to work some Saturdays on rotational basis with other staff is also preferred.

The role will include, but not be limited to; general reception duties, answering phones, scheduling appointments, patient billing, management of patient records, supporting the GP and liaising with other medical professionals.

Renumeration as per the Health Professionals and Support Services Award [MA000027]
