Role Description As a Member at HatchLogic Technology Solutions, you will support technology talent initiatives and digital transformation projects for clients across diverse industries. In this full-time hybrid role based in Sydney, NSW, you will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, with flexibility to work both on-site and from home.

Typical responsibilities include assisting with talent matching and engagement, contributing to project coordination and documentation, and supporting the delivery of technology services such as software development, cloud, infrastructure, or data-related projects. You will help maintain accurate records, participate in meetings, gather and analyze information,



and contribute to process improvements that enhance client outcomes and team efficiency. The role encourages proactive communication, continuous learning in emerging technologies, and participation in collaborative problem-solving.

Qualifications

- Ability to work effectively in hybrid environments, collaborating with cross-functional technology and business teams while managing onsite and remote responsibilities.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills to support technology professionals, clients, and internal teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities for understanding client needs, interpreting technical information, and contributing to project planning and execution.
- Organizational and time-management skills, including attention to detail, documentation practices, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfort with technology concepts such as software development, cloud services, data, or infrastructure, and willingness to learn about emerging tools and practices.
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project tracking or CRM systems).
- Relevant tertiary qualification in technology, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in a tech-enabled environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusivity, ethical conduct, and professional growth within a diverse, global technology ecosystem.
