Full-time | Southern Highlands | Office-based

We’re looking for a talented Mid-Weight Designer to join our full-service marketing agency.

This is an all-round design role for someone who loves variety. You’ll work across brand, digital, social and print, taking ideas from concept through to finished execution across a diverse mix of clients and projects.

You’ll also be joining us at an exciting time. We’re in the process of evolving our own agency brand and building the next chapter of the business, so there will be plenty of chance to contribute creatively to where we’re headed.

What you'll be doing:

- Developing creative concepts and bringing them to life across multiple channels
- Creating and evolving brand identities and visual systems
- Designing digital assets including websites, landing pages, display and digital advertising
- Creating engaging social content across organic and paid channels
- Designing print collateral, presentations, proposals, signage and campaign materials
- Working within existing client brand guidelines
- Preparing finished artwork for digital and print production
- Collaborating with the wider team to turn marketing strategies and ideas into strong creative work
- Managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving agency environment

About you

You’ll have

• Minimum 3 years' professional design experience

- Strong all-round design skills across brand,



digital, social and print
- A portfolio demonstrating both strong creative thinking and polished execution
- Excellent typography, layout and visual communication skills
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills
- Experience designing for digital environments
- A good understanding of preparing artwork for print and production
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to move comfortably between different clients, industries and brand styles

Agency experience is highly regarded.

We’re particularly interested in someone who can think beyond simply making things look good. You should be curious about the objective behind the work and able to translate a brief into creative that has a reason for being.

The role

This is a full-time role, working five days per week from our Southern Highlands office.
