Opportunities currently exists for Flour Millers, based across various sites across Australia, on a full time permanent basis. The primary purpose of this role is to monitor and assist in the day to day milling operation ensuring it is completed to Company and Customer expectations. This includes setup, quality conformance and WHS and GMP compliance.

Responsibilities include:

- Grist monitoring / blend formulation.
- Wheat blending / cleaning.
- Adjusts production plan / monitors through put.
- Forecasts offal production.
- Conduct regular testing of Wheat / Maize and Flour to ensure correct grist to company and customer standards.




- Completion of all relevant CCP & Quality checks and completion of relevant paper work.
- Follow all WHS procedures.
- Identifies and reports safety issues within the mill and broader work place.

The successful candidate will have:

- City and Guilds Certificate.
- Completion of similar Milling Certificate or course.
- Wincos data base experience (desirable).
- Strong computer skills and ideally experience with PLC (Scada) interface.
- A team orientated mindset.
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
