As our client base continues to grow, we are looking for a passionate Podiatrist to join our expanding team. The Opportunity – Mobile Podiatrist

We are seeking a Podiatrist to join our mobile allied health team, with immediate demand for services across the Western and surrounding areas of Sydney.

You will have the flexibility to choose your preferred working days, hours, and availability, allowing you to build a caseload that fits around your lifestyle.

Our clients are primarily older adults in aged care and NDIS participants, providing an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people who rely on accessible, consistent, and high-quality healthcare.

New graduates are encouraged and welcome to apply. We provide ongoing support to help you develop your clinical skills and confidence in a mobile practice setting.

What You’ll Do

As a Mobile Podiatrist with Enablement Partners, you will:

- Provide comprehensive podiatry assessments and treatments in clients’ homes, aged care facilities, and community settings.
- Assess and manage a range of podiatric conditions,



including musculoskeletal conditions, chronic health conditions, diabetes-related foot concerns, skin and nail conditions, and mobility-related issues.
- Develop individualised treatment and management plans based on each client's goals and functional needs.
- Provide preventative foot care and education to clients, families, and support staff where appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with other allied health professionals and support coordinators to achieve positive client outcomes.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, progress notes, reports, and treatment records.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, carers, support workers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Manage your clinical schedule efficiently and work independently in a mobile environment.
- Occasionally assist with client bookings or payment processes, with administrative support available.

What You Bring To be successful in this role, you will have: ✔ AHPRA registration as a Podiatrist

✔ ABN Holder

✔ Own car

✔ Valid Australian driver's licence – full licence preferred

✔ Professional indemnity and public liability insurance

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔ A professional, compassionate, and client-centred approach

✔ Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule





✔ Good organisational and time-management skills

✔ Clinical confidence, or a willingness to develop your skills with support

✔ A genuine passion for improving the health, mobility, independence, and quality of life of clients
