Amara Advisory is recruiting on behalf of TCML Electrical Contractors, a majority Indigenous-owned electrical contractor supporting major mining, infrastructure, energy and rail projects across Australia.

Due to continued growth and increasing mobilisation requirements, we are seeking an organised and proactive Mobilisation Coordinator / Data Entry Administrator to join the Perth team.

This role will support the mobilisation and onboarding of electrical and construction personnel across FIFO and project-based workforces.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end mobilisation and onboarding of employees
- Maintain employee records, mobilisation trackers and workforce databases
- Collect and verify licences, tickets, qualifications and compliance documentation
- Coordinate medicals, inductions, training, flights and accommodation where required
- Liaise directly with employees, candidates, project teams and clients
- Upload and maintain documentation within client mobilisation portals




- Track onboarding progress and ensure personnel are mobilisation-ready
- General data entry, document control and administrative support
- Assist recruitment activities during high-volume mobilisation periods

About you

- Solid administration and data-entry skills with excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple mobilisations simultaneously
- Confident communicating with tradespeople, supervisors and clients
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Previous mobilisation, recruitment, labour hire, mining or construction experience is highly regarded
- Experience with workforce management or client onboarding systems will be advantageous
