Bad Neighbour – Harbour Town We’re looking for a few new people to join the Bad Neighbour team.

We have multiple roles available and are looking for experienced hospitality people who are confident, reliable and know how to handle a busy service.

BARISTA

We’re looking for an experienced barista who can:

- Make consistently great coffee
- Confidently handle a busy coffee service
- Work quickly and efficiently under pressure
- Provide great customer service
- Jump in and help the wider team when needed

Previous barista experience is essential for this role.

HOSPITALITY / SANDO ALL-ROUNDER

We’re also looking for someone who loves hospitality and wants to get involved across the shop.

The role includes

- Making and assembling our sandos
- Food preparation
- Taking orders and serving customers
- Keeping the kitchen and service areas organised




- Helping wherever needed during busy periods

Previous café, kitchen, sandwich bar or general hospitality experience is highly regarded, but you don't need to be a barista.
