National Business Development Manager - Water Treatment

We're seeking an experienced and commercially focused National Business Development Manager to drive growth across our Water Treatment portfolio throughout Australia.

Reporting to the General Manager - Sales ANZ, you'll identify recent business opportunities, build strategic customer relationships, and deliver revenue and margin growth across key market segments.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive new business development and market growth
- Build and manage a strong national sales pipeline
- Promote and specify water treatment solutions to customers, consultants and contractors
- Develop strategic customer and industry relationships
- Provide technical and commercial expertise to support customer success
- Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with product, marketing and operational teams to support business objectives

About You

- Proven success in business development, sales or account management
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation and influencing skills




- Demonstrated ability to deliver revenue growth and commercial outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in water treatment, pumps, industrial products, engineering, infrastructure or related industries is highly regarded
- Strong understanding of water treatment chemistry and filtration and how it forms part of the practical customer solution.
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience
