We're hiring, and we're not looking for ordinary! We've got a number of exciting opportunities across our Core and Projects divisions with Casual and Permanent opportunities across Newcastle and the Hunter Valley. If you've got a Trade, chasing TA work or even want to step up as a Site Supervisor, we want to hear from you!

Then it's time to change things up... With DPS, you’ll work on shutdowns and major projects where hard work meets real opportunity.

Who We’re After:

If you've got skills, standards, and steel caps - we want you! We've got some big projects on the horizon and we're after good people. Most importantly, we need people that get the job done properly, go home secure, and have a laugh doing it.

We have plenty of casual opportunities available, especially for First Class Welders, Boilermakers and Spray Painters/Blasters to join our major shut-downs coming up in the Newcastle Area. We're also looking for people to join our crew long-term, across all trades with our Core and Projects divisions.

Who We’re After:





- Supervisors and Leading Hands who can step up and take the lead and deliver work that you're happy to put your name on.
- Boilermakers who can weld straighter than a brand-new spirit level. Even after the smoko pie and iced coffee combo. Bonus points for those who have got the talent as well as the tickets!

- Fitters who know the difference between spanners and don’t call every tool a “thingo”.
- Spray Painters/Blasters who know that final finish matters.
- Trades Assistants who are hands on, switched on and ready to get stuck in.

Must-Haves:

- White Card (we’ll accept laminated but not framed).
- Trade certification/Pressure tickets if applicable.
- Confined Space & Working at Heights tickets (last 2 years! If your “training” involved an overhead projector and a bloke named Gaz, it’s time again).
- Ability to pass a drug & alcohol test or Order 45 Health Assessment.

What You’ll Get:

- A crew of absolute weapons (in the good way) - They’ll stitch you up all day, then shout you a drink after.
- Big shutdowns. Big projects. Big gear - Not “sweep-the-workshop-floor” work. You’ll be on machinery so big it looks fake in photos.
- Respect – DPS isn’t a “bums on seats” labour hire circus. You’re not a number, you’re a part of the team and at DPS, you'll be treated like one.

We’re growing fast and we want Tradies who can produce great work, show up, and still have a laugh while getting it done properly.
