Job Description

We are seeking a ServiceNow OMT Integration Engineer to join a growing technology team delivering complex telecommunications and order management solutions.

As a ServiceNow OMT Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and supporting ServiceNow solutions with a strong focus on telecommunications order management, orchestration and systems integration.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain ServiceNow OMT solutions
n
- Build and support integrations using REST, SOAP and IntegrationHub
n
- Configure and customise ServiceNow applications, workflows and fulfilment processes
n
- Work across complex enterprise environments integrating with multiple third-party systems
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform and integration issues
n
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, business-focused solutions
n
- Support ongoing platform enhancements and optimisation initiatives
n

Key Requirements

n

n
- 2-3+ years' hands-on ServiceNow experience
n
- Proven experience with ServiceNow OMT (Order Management for Telecommunications)




n
- Strong experience delivering enterprise integrations
n
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub
n
- Solid ServiceNow development and configuration skills
n
- Experience working within telecommunications, order management or fulfilment environments
n
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
n
- Experience with telecom OSS/BSS platforms
n
- Exposure to order orchestration and fulfilment processes
n

This role is ideal for a hands-on ServiceNow professional with 2-3+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong integration capabilities, and proven experience working with Order Management for Telecommunications (OMT/SOMT).

Please note: OMT experience is essential for this role. Applicants without OMT experience will not be considered.
