CSI Mining Services is a leading provider of pit-to-ship mining services and a subsidiary of Mineral Resources Ltd. CSI operates in Western Australia and Queensland, supporting MinRes projects and external clients with capital infrastructure and whole‐of‐life operational expertise.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Develop, deliver and assess compliance training to MinRes employees and contractors.
n
- Ensure all drivers and relevant personnel are trained and competent in accordance with company and legal standards.
n
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of haulage operations to ensure adherence to compliance requirements.
n
- Maintain accurate training records, manuals and compliance documentation.
n
- Identify and report areas for improvement in training and safety procedures.
n
- Provide guidance and support to site supervisors and operators regarding compliance best practices.
n
- Stay up to date with changes in regulations, industry standards, and best practices relating to haulage and transport compliance.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent – essential.
n




- Demonstrated experience in mine haulage, heavy vehicle operations or transport compliance.
n
- Mobile Crushing Experience.
n
- Various current RII tickets (e.g., Loader, Grader, Excavator).
n
- High-Risk Licence desirable.
n
- Working at Height, Gas Testing and/or confined space desirable.
n
- White Card.
n
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
n
- High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
n
- Current C driver's licence is essential and MC for Haulage Compliance Trainers.
n
