The role

You’ll visit residential rental properties to:

- Inspect, install and maintain smoke alarms

- Inspect and upgrade electrical safety systems

- Work with switchboards, circuit breakers, RCDs, RCCBs and RCBOs

- Ensure properties meet rental electrical safety standards

- Complete compliance documentation

- Communicate professionally with property managers, tenants and homeowners

What you need

- CurrentElectrical Licence

- Positive communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently

- Good attention to detail

- Current driver's licence

- Police check or willingness to obtain one

- Newly qualified electricians are welcome
