Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Molendinar, Gold Coast

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive eCommerce growth, digital advertising performance, and customer acquisition. This hands‑on role is ideal for a commercially focused marketer with strong experience across paid media, Shopify, and conversion optimisation.

Responsibilities

- Manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta campaigns to drive growth and ROI.
- Support eCommerce performance across Shopify, landing pages, and customer journeys.
- Monitor campaign performance, conversion rates, lead quality, and sales outcomes.
- Develop and test audiences, creative, offers, and campaign strategies.
- Build and optimise CRM, email automation, and customer nurture campaigns.
- Use analytics, tracking, and AI tools to improve marketing performance.

Qualifications

- 6+ years' experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.




- Strong hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and eCommerce platforms.
- Experience with Shopify, GA4, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset with a focus on measurable results.
- Confident using AI tools to improve efficiency and campaign performance.
