About The Role

We're looking for an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to lead one of our restaurants and bring the El Jannah experience to life every day. This is a senior, hands‐on leadership role responsible for the overall performance of the restaurant, from guest experience and team culture to food quality, safety and commercial results.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Leading the overall day‐to‐day operations of the restaurant
n
- Championing the EJ Way, a guest‐first culture and ensuring consistently high service standards
n
- Building, leading and developing a high‐performing management and team member group
n
- Driving strong food quality, cleanliness, food safety and WHS compliance
n
- Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, rostering and performance management
n
- Managing labour, payroll and operational administration
n
- Monitoring sales, costs and profitability, and delivering against business targets
n
- Managing stock, inventory, ordering and supplier relationships
n
- Handling guest feedback professionally and proactively
n
- Building strong connections within the local community
n

What We're Looking For

n

n




- 2–4 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager in QSR or fast‐paced hospitality
n
- Proven ability to lead, coach, inspire, energise and develop large teams
n
- Performance and outcome driven with strong commercial acumen, including labour, cost and inventory management
n
- Sound knowledge of food safety, WHS and compliance requirements
n
- A calm, confident leadership style with the ability to lead under pressure
n
- Strong communication, organisation and decision‐making skills
n
- A genuine passion for food, people and guest experience
n
- Availability to work flexible rosters, including evenings and weekends
n
